VisualJS is a free, web-based educational platform that provides interactive JavaScript code visualization tools. All code execution happens in your browser — we do not run code on our servers.

3. Use of Service

You agree to:

• Use the service for lawful, educational purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt or overload the service
• Not use automated tools to scrape or copy content
• Not inject malicious code or attempt to exploit the platform

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and educational material on VisualJS is owned by us and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Code you write in the visualizer or playground remains yours. We claim no ownership over user-generated code.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that visualizations will perfectly represent JavaScript engine behavior in all edge cases.

6. Limitation of Liability

VisualJS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the service (which is $0 for free users).

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at our discretion if these terms are violated.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
